We need more info. What kind of fish, tank parameters, warning signs, etc, etc

Dead fish

I am guessing you went to the LFS and got some fish and added them all at one time to a fairly new tank.
Within a week the ammonia level climbs, because you have not allowed the tank to age appropriately before adding more than one to two fish at a time.
The other choice is that you are not monitoring your parameters and did not notice a dramatic change in SG, Temp, Ph, or ammonia.
Then there is always the possiblity that the fish you got were sick and it spread.
Do not mean to sound harsh, and I am sorry your fish died. Hopefully by providing more information and a pic of your tank you can figure this out so it does not happen again. The key to SW is patience and research. Good Luck.

We need:
water temperature
salinity
alkalinity
ammonia reading
nitrate reading
size and age of tank

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.

Recently, too, we have read of a couple members having catastrophic damage to an anenome that killed all the fish (except the clowns). Do you have an anenome? And, if you had any clowns, did they survive or not?

Don't take the comments above to hard , it just upsets ppl when some one new to the hobby (as I am presuming you are) get the wrong info from a LFS or are impatient and want that big beautiful reef tank that you saw some where . Please post the requested info and some one will be glad to help you . As stated the key is patients don't get in a hurry . In this hobby haste makes waste .

My first guess would be ammonia, as fish are much more sensitive to ammonia than invertebrates. But as stated above, a rundown of your major water parameters along with some more info on your tank is a good place to start.

Current Tank Info: I have a reef screen saver on my phone, does that count?
