I have no idea on that particular brand.... at that price, it kinda seems like that cheap jebo/odyssea brand. You do get what you pay for though, and if its not used, if you dont pay a whole lot, you probably wont get a whole lot. I know lots of people like hamilton.
here's a link to a comparable light made by hamilton...double the price, but you def get a good setup. http://www.reefgeek.com/lighting/Met...shio_by_IceCap And i highly doubt that its on sale for 140 and normally 260... that sounds like thats their normal price on that and they just say it normally sells for 260. just my opinion. But to answer the question, yes that should be enough to grow most things. I've got a 150w halide over a 16g bowfront and grow just about anything. You may find 175w to be a bit better though due to the fact that your tank is probably longer than mine...the 150's dont spread very wide

I have the same light over my 29 gallon reef for over a year now (I keep soft, LPS, and anemones no problem with good growth). No issues what so ever and bought another 150 watt unit to light my new reef. You may want to switch the bulbs though. I use phoenix.

I have a 175 on a 29. Works pretty good, but if I had it to do over again I would gave went with a 30 long. I'm realizing more and more I don't really like the dimensions of a 29, but its been fun.
