Tank Size questions
Anyone know the max size in gallons for a 36" (L) tank?

Well, that would depend on the width and height... You can custom make anything you want. For standard sizes (not cubes) I would expect it to be in the 75-100 gallon range (I have a 36x24x21 tank that is a little shy of 75 gallons).
Volume in gallons by the way is 0.004329 times the cubic inch volume of a tank.

Here is the link to Aqueon's (All Glass) page for standard aquariums. For standard tanks, it's 65g (36x18x24), but as said above, if you go custom you can do about whatever you want.
