HUGE question on playing nice !!!
Have 175g mixed reef tank. As I'm thrilled to have some of my first sps coral (Millie or Acropora, Montipora showing growth. I had this idea of picking up a few sps pieces and going frag happy, aka SPS heaven.... That was until my commercial source of coral tells me some of the non-sps corals (LPS, ZOA's, etc.), and really all things secreting toxins will cause the death of my sps....
Well, I will be the first to say I'm not very educated in the compatibility of all these animals fish and non-fish. One thing I know, at this time I do not want an all sps tank. What I really want is an understandable compatibility chart of all non-fish animals... Has anyone put together such a thing? Like an X/Y chart? On the flip side, if there is a smaller instance of what should not and cannot be put together from say, SPS, LPS, ZOA's, MUSHROOM families, that would be awesome. Otherwise, it's gonna get expensive. Thanks!

I would mainly be worried about "leather" soft corals --- those seem to be the ones that cause the most issues -- as far as chemical warfare goes.
I would stay away from mushrooms, mainly because of their explosive growth.
