tank upgrade--need some opinions

I was looking at these two skimmers..i'd rather not break bank on a alpha cone and I find that these cheaper skimmers can also pull gunk.

next question...

Im looking into return pumps for the tank, do I really need an external pump, or are there still good internal pumps that I could use for the return. The tank will be between 120-180g. SPS dominated.

I currently have a 65g...when I transfer stuff over to the bigger tank, can I just use the current skimmer I have for the time being being that I will have the same bioload. Of course, I will get teh new skimmer before I add anything else.
