Bulb Burn out

I have an aquatinics constellation -- about 1 year old -- and I put new bulbs in in December. The ends look burned out. I bought new bulbs but am worried that they will get burned out too. Here are pictures. The bulbs are 4 geissman aquablue +, 1 ge 6500, 1 ATI 75/25 and 1 UVL aquasun. Par 4 inches centered below the light but above the water is 525. Most of the bulbs had been on for several hours when the pictures were taken.

Advice?
