Unhappy What should I do if one of my coral is dying?

The coral is about half dead and there is some slimy stuff float and the other half is still intact but it looks like it might die.

Should I just remove it or should i just leave it in the tank?

Thanks,
Paul

What type of coral? What size is your tank?

I would just take it out for now so it doesn't mess anything else up.

I need more information to really help you out though.

I have a 100 gallon tank with a 30 gallon sump.

The coral on the top is dying.
That was the picture taken a week ago and there is less than 30 percent alive.
