Salt water safe paint
Are there any paints safe for the INSIDE of a sump. That paint will be exposed to the water. Krylon fusion?

They do make it. It is one of the only spraypaints Wal-Mart carries. I have had some on the inside of my tank for years, if it is any consolation. It dries extremely fast too, at least compared to other paints I have seen/used.
