EVC metal halide bulbs
Just wondering if anybody out there has any input on running these bulbs on an electronic ballast? Good or Bad.

Sorry running 20ks on a mag. Bluer than Phoenix 14k, very bright .

I also run them on a Mag but love them, still I'm interested to find out what people think of them on an electronic ballast.

Thanks for the info! I am thinking about replacing 400w radiums which run on an elect ballast with the 400w EVC, just dont want to be dissapointed with the proformance...

Yes, many people run the EVC's on an electronic ballast. In fact, in many cases, they put out more PAR on average on an electronic ballast vs. the standard ballast.
