phoenix bulb
I got a jbj hqi 28 gallon nano from someone recently, and I have never owned a halide light. I want to replace the bulb since it is getting old and have heard good things about the phoenix bulb. Is the double ended 150w bulb the correct fit and rating for the tank?

They seem to use a 150 W DE bulb, so I think the Phoenix should work, but I'd ask the manufacturer or check in the equipment forum. Sorry, I haven't used that system.

+1 it should work and you will be impressed with the phoenix bulb. I have used one for about a year now and couldn't be happier.

The old bulb will say the wattage on it.
