Cheap LED Find.

I'm new to the hobby as a whole. I currently have a 12g Nano tank with a few different colored mushrooms, an Open Brain and a Toadstool Leather. I was wanting to get a clam with this tank and also am scoping out the gear for a 150g tank I plan to do in a month or so.

I found an LED Panel for 39 $ featuring blue and white super bright LED's on Amazon.

I apologize ahead of time if I'm not allowed to post links to Amazon. I'll stick my hand in my open brain's tentacles as punishment...again.

These LED light panels are perfect as all year permanent Aquarium and Plant lights for Fish, Amphibians, Reptiles, Mammals, Insects and Plant tanks and benches. Specifications: Body material: Thermoplastic Circuitry board material: Diecast Chrome 225 Super Bright LEDs 112 Blue, 113 White Color: WHITE 6000-7000K Blue = 450 nM Working Voltage: 110V (Plug in To North America Standard Outlet)
I'm skeptical to say the least, but I don't see how this wouldn't do well in a tank. I have a decent amount of knowledge with Aeroponics as I grow veggies and salad greens under Blue/Red LED's (two Grow Panels and a knock-off LED panel that's working as good). Each panel is good for about 14" away from the plants. So, would this cheap panel be as effective in my reef tank and a later larger tank (Multiple Panels)?

Also, do you think the Toadstool is too close to the Mushroom? I'm worried about warfare...

not sure about the light, although i'm leaning towards too good to be true. the toadstool is fine it and the mushrooms will be even closer in a couple months of growth. I used to have a toadstool that was surrounded by shrooms that were touching it. Everything was fine.

Yeah I'm inclined to agree with you about the light. My plants do great under the cheapo LED, however I realize that coral =/ plants.
