You will be fine fan cooled.

I think you'll be fine, but a fan would help.

I have a 250W on my nano and temp varies from 78-80. With a fan blowing at the fixture/water it is stable at 78. I am running open top though.

Whatever fan you can get. Computer fan, clip on fan, small desk fan. Any fan will work. All depends on your preference.

Personally,I don't even think you'll need a fan.
I have a 90 gallon with a basement sump.AC keeps the house about 72-75 on really hot days and my tank stays at 80 with 2 250 watt halides over it.
I do have fans in my canopy though.

The most you'll need is a couple computer fans if you use a canopy, no chiller will be needed.

If/when you use fans, make sure you have a good ATO.

With my 120 gallon I was starting to have hight temps. in the summer. I have 500 watts MH and 260 watts PC. Once I turned my heater off and let the temperature swing 2-3 degrees my tank didn't get above 80. I keep my house at 72 in the summer. In the winter I have to keep heater on . I have my furance drop to 62 at night.

You'll definitely want fans in the canopy. I use 1 fan per MH and I have 3 MH's. That will vent the heat from the canopy. Use a second fan blowing on the sump water which will help the temps the most. Also run a heater element to keep the tank temps stable. At night the temps will tend to drop.

That's pretty cool for summer temps. During the summer my house gets to 80deg during the day and 77 deg at night, still a 300 electric bill!
Pretty nice for reef keeping purposes to have such low temps
