Heater problem
I have a 500W blueline heating element that I cant get to work. I bought it used and when I plugged it in, It did not get hot. I even tried plugging it directly into the outlet...Nothing.
My question is, is there a way to test it with a meter? Its a heating element with no thermostat. Do they go bad from time to time. Or maybe they will not turn on when directly plugged in to an outlet and have to be plugged in to a blueline controller. I was hoping to use it with a RKE. Any help with this would be great. Thanks
