What is the problem?? RO/DI ASOV hookup???
I have checked, checked again and rechecked and this thing is hooked up right as far as all the directions i've found on the net (Melev's site too).
From Carbon in to the ASOV on the side with no screws, Out to the Membrane. Then from the membrane RO water in to the ASOV on the screw side and Out to the D.I. I've checked for air trapped in it, took it apart, hooked it up backwards just to see if it would do anything....... What gives Wally? |

what's the problem, ASOV not working? If so went through this a bit ago; took apart and cleaned, no joy, replaced the ASOV still wouldn't shut off. Came across a post about could be faulty check valve, sure enough could blow through mine both ways so replaced, ro/di working fine since.
Here's another ro/di layout diagram (Aquasafe). Check valve is on the blue line between the membrane and ASOV

Hooked up exactly.....Only difference with mine is I don't have a check valve?
Could the pressure be bleeding back into the membrane and causing it to not shut off? |
