That sucks. Aquamend is a good epoxy. I used it for my reef tank.

Try Marine Depot. They likely will be able to help you and are good to buy from.

I used to use the Aquamend, but in all reality it isn't any cheaper than the aquarium branded ones. Try searching for this at your LFS.

AquaMend was $3.95 at Home Depot. That is $5 less than that before shipping. I think that qualifies as cheaper.

they replaced it with JB water weld, same price $3.95. I have used 3 tubes of it already. The final color is white (unlike aquamend which is off white), and takes longer to cure than aquamend. this is a problem if you want it to hold a fairly large or heavy piece. but when it cures, its hard as rock. label says safe for use on drinking water pipes.

Ive also used about 3 tubes in my aquarium. No ill effects besides making the skimmer go crazy.

Makes more skimmate than you have ever seen in just a few minutes, if you use a lot. Its always pretty tame for me if I'm just sticking a frag plug down or something

Apparently others are using the Loctite brand that Lowes sells. I read a post somewhere that it cures quicker.
