t5ho mounting hieght.

i know this was probably discussed a hundred times but after paging through the search function for a while i found a few threads but nothing really definitive.

what seemed to be the consensus was 4-5 inches above the water.

my tank will be a 50 breeder with 6 t5ho, tek2 slr reflectors, powered by advance centium ballasts. with a enclosed canopy if that matters.

it will also be a mixed reef.

thanks

I have mine on light brackets and set to as low as they will go - which I believe is about 5 inches.
