Can anyone tell me what is on my glass?

I noticed a couple white oval/round shaped things on my tank glass this morning. They are kind of cone/pyramid shaped but are not long cones like a pyramid snail. I have a picture but it's not too great since I don't have a nice camera. They are almost shaped like a barnacle? Thanks in advance!

well, if they stay small, it's just a harmless worm. No worries.

Or, it's baby limpets.

It does look like limpets now that I've looked up pictures of them. Do I need to get rid of them and if so, how?

Limpets are great. Only thing to do is admire them.

Pyramellid snails will rarely be found anywhere except on a clam. If found on a clam, they need to be removed. However, if you've found them anywhere else, they most likely are not Pyramellid snails.

Definitely looks like baby limpets. They have been known to take a liking to SPS however.
