All-Glass Aquariums MegaFlow

The All-Glass Aquariums MegaFlow pipe keeps coming out of the bulkhead. What could be causing that and what can I do to prevent it?

You should not have to glue it into place. Are you pushing it down into the bulkhead all the way? Is it the return or the drain?

You dont need to glue the drain, but the return needs to be glued. I use threaded bulkheads so I can remove the fitting even if its glued.

Wrap some Teflon tape around the drain pipe, then twist it in, that should give you enough resistance to keep the pipe in place.
