Need ID

I have these fat tube looking things growing all over my live rock. Can anyone tell what this is and if its bad? sorry about the bad quality picture its from my phone.

I don't know what you want us to see?? Is there anything in the tubes? Is it that big mushroom looking thing in middle of pic?

It looks like tube worms growing on a dead Fungia.
