Snail Eggs?
I have a 35gal hex saltwater tank thats been up and running for about 5 months now. I have 4 Feather Dusters, 2 Osc Clowns, 10 Cerith Snails, 10 Margarita Snails, and 15 Nars Snails. I noticed last light when i went to feed my clowns a circular patch of what loks like trails of small eggs about the size of a half dollar(The eggs themselves are tiny and there are lots of them) on my glass. Are these Snail eggs? If so whats the best way to try and save them so they hatch? The clowns just look at them from time to time but never tried to eat them yet. I dont have a pic yet but they are brite white in color, almost a clear color. Any Info would be appreciated. Thanks

I have had cerith and nerite snails reproduce in my tank. If the lay eggs on the glass, I just clean them off. I am way to ocd to wait until the might hatch and not clean that area of glass. If they are on your glass, they are laying them on the rocks as well, and that is their best chance of survival.
Just let nature take it's course. Good Luck

Sounds like snail eggs to me. Most likely wont survive on the glass but some people have luck of reproducing in the tank.
