peppermint shrimp

My peppermint shrimp keep disappearing. I bought one, thought it was hiding out and never saw it again. Then I waited a few weeks and bought 3 more. Again, saw them for first few minutes and never saw them again. I am trying to get rid of aptasia. The only thing I can think of is that somebody is eating them. I have in my tank

Hippo Tang
2 occ clowns
fairy wrasse
mandarin dragonette
spotted goby
1 cleaner shrimp
a few rbta's

Any ideas? I want to get rid of these aptasia before it becomes a problem. I've tried Joe's Juice in the past but think that makes it worse. They seem to come back with a vengence!

Thanks!

They are just a shrimp that likes to hide and come out at night. I had a few in my tank that I hadn't seen in months and when I moved my tank the other day I found one of them swimming around in my live rock bucket. Guaranteed they are still in there, try taking a flashlight and searching the rocks at night.

I put 10 in my tank and have lost them too. I was even looking after dark last night for them, funny thing if they died I never seen any remains. I would think something would have floated around.

I have a golden wrasse and they are carnivore so I am wondering if he had something to do with it, but I never saw him do anything hostile to them. Hopeing like others have said they are just hiding.
