Hard to tell the size of them from the pictures, but if they are pretty small, I believe that they are harmless little hitchhikers. The name escapes me right now.

To give an idea, here are the ones that I have in my tanks,

For size reference, my blue Haddoni and pink skunk in the back ground,

Not 100% positive, but they look like colonista.

Reef-Safe.

Here's an ID page. See if this is what you're looking at.

NOTE IT'S THE SMALL SNAIL, NOT THE BIG ONE IN THE PICTURE.

i have those itty bitty snails that todd posted, but the markings on the original posters snail look more like zebra turbo markings than the other ones. my little snails have a more brown coloration in their stripes, while the zebras markings are more black and thicker. thats just my opinion though. either way they are harmless and helpful

The thing you have to be careful of when IDing these is that they are not Sundial snails. They are common hitchhikers and will munch on zoas. They look similar to collonistas but have a rougher shell pattern.
