Filter Sock Holder

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has any experience with this item. Whether it's first hand or not, I need to order a filter sock holder tonight, so suggestions are welcome.

Looks cool. Personally I use a paperclip. Open it up and it makes a perfect hanger for my socks in my sump.

Are there any manufacturers that make sumps that contain holders for filter socks?

Yeah, seems like simpler is better. I made one out of eggcrate, but got tired of fussing with it every time I changed the sock, so I switched to a small bunjie cord

I used one on my old setup awhile ago, never had any problems with it.

Any one know the exact dimension for the hole that a 4" sock fits into? I measured a sump that had a 7" sock and hole was 6 5/8".

I used them for a while, but I found it easier and cheaper to just use a spring clamp from the hardware store.
