how do i setup the Drew's doser

I bought a Drew's doser and i still don't understand how to hook it up ?

I placed the left tube into a jug with water for testing , and the right side tube into a empty bottle. when i turned on the doser the tubing on left came apart .

Yikes, that's kind of scary. I'd post that picture in the BRS forum and see what kind of response you get from BRS. It might be a defective tube

Is the hose that popped off the inlet or outlet? If it is the outlet, your tubing may have a kink in it or plugged somehow not allowing it to flow. My guess is the line is over pressuring.

Janey,

your doser is defective. The connection that popped out is the inlet. The suction tube. That thicker tube has a dual role: On one side facilitates the connection between the peristaltic tube (neoprene) and the suction line and on the other side stops the peristaltic tube from spinning around pulled by the rollers. Do not run your pump now since you run the risk of pulling out the peristaltic tube.
BRS will help you.

hope it helps,
Marian
