How long has the power been out? Short outages are no problem if your tank is healthy. For a longer outage you're going to need to aerate the tank somehow. A battery powered air stone is a good start. If you have a UPS you can use it to run a pump intermittently to circulate water. If you have no way of aerating your tank give your LFS a call and see if they can house your fish till the power comes back on. Once the power comes back on, get online and buy the things that you need so that you're prepared for the next power outage.

Go to your nearest academy and buy a 20 air pump. It's always wise to have one.
