i would say it is a good price if everything is in good to great shape. It isn't going to be easy to fix if anything is not in good shape.

Agreed. If you don't have to fix anything and it's cosmetically pleasing to you, go with it!

Do you know exactly what comes with it? I think a standard (square tank goes for about 200-250 brand new. For the stand you can always find a good deal or make one (100 max). I think this is a good price , and can be a very good deal depending on the additional parts such as lights , skimmer, sump set up? Is it drilled or does it have a built in overflow box. As you mentioned livestock is a + but what if its all damsels and brown polyps. Not trying to put out the party but just want you to think about what you are buying before you pay and take it home.
Also the area you live in may actually play a part , I check C-list in my area all the time and some cities have better deals than others.

Although I'm not a fan of wavy or bow fronts because of the relative distortion, its looks like a good deal.

That's weird. I've never noticed a distortion on my bow front. I was looking at the wave. Before I did buy the Bow... I could see there is a slight distortion with the wave. Still a cool looking tank
