Bought individual yellow polyps;how to adhere?
The lfs told me to put them in a specimen container with some live rock and they would attach. Is this correct? Is there another way to get the to attach to my live rock? I would think super glue would surely damage them...
Thanks, Mikro

Sometimes its hard to get polyps to adhere with superglue. Then they release and float away. Place in a plastic container like your lfs suggested. Once they stick to something (rock, gravel, sand, etc.) You will then have much better luck gluing to the rock or frag plug you want.

A small dab of super glue gel is fine. Place the glue on the rock and push the polyp into the glue.

I used the super glue gel. It worked fine. I was just afraid it would damage the tissues of the polyp.
Thanks for the replies. Mikro
