Question Mini Carpet Anemone questions

Would a mini carpet nem nuke a 75 gall tank if it dies ?

Do they move much or are they more of a stick it and it stays ??

Is 354 watts of t-5 over a 75 tank enuf to support it on the bottom ?

I know verry little and just thought mabey some one could clue me in on some things.

1. Nope

2. I have had one for 6 months and it didn't even move when I added it but I believe they can if they want.

The lighting sounds pretty doable but I know nothing of t5's. What else is in the tank near the bottom currently? i.e. what else is doing good under that lighting? Anywhere a leather is happy should be fine. Mushrooms and zoas aren't a good comparison though as they need much less light.
