Extreme 50 breeder Build

I thought I would share my first tank build, I call it my " Science Project ".
Just practicing for my next build, It will be a 300DD
I started small with a 50gal Breeder and wanted to have enough flow just in case I wanted a few SPS.
I do not like the looks of Tunze, Koralia type equipment, so I went with a closed Loop system.

The pump for the Closed Loop is a ATB 1500 Flowmaster that feeds ( 7 ) 1/2" Bulkheads.
There is ( 2 ) additional 1/2" Bulkheads for the Return.

This tank was going to be enclosed in a cabinet. So valve accessibility was a necessity.

Version #1

Version #2

Updates ?
Sorry for not updating this thread.
The Tank is up and running.

Lighting
Presently T-5,

Fish List:
Yellow Tang
Coral Beauty ( Pair )
Clowns ( Pair ) Sea Quest Wide Bar Gladiator
Yellow Watchman Goby ( Pair )

Corals
Zoas / Palys
Chalice
Favia

I still do not like the Coral selection and how it looks in the tank.
The Lighting may change and the Tank may become a SPS Dominated.

I will try to get pictures up this weekend.

The Closed loop is working great.
The ATB 1500 is almost a little to much flow for a 50breeder.
I am glad I can adjust very outlet or I would not be able to keep the substrate on the bottom.

Updated pictures are coming later today.

The First design was going to be installed in a 3 sided Cabinet and I needed to have easy access to all of the Valves.
And the Closed Loop Pump was going to be located on either side and not behind the tank.

Here are a few updated pictures.

The Corals in this tank will be changed.
I am leaning towards SPS.
Mostly Encrusting, I am trying to keep the look of the Rock Work.

Thanks Brian.
Now that it is up and running, I want to change it.
As soon as I find room in my other tank for all of the Corals.
I will be looking for a some SPS.
