MH vs. T5 for nano

I'm looking for a light that I can use now on my standard 10 gallon aga tank, but that would also work if I ever get around to upgrading to something like one of the 17-25g Mr.Aqua tanks. I'm looking into LED options, but I'm also considering one of the smaller Fish Need It fixtures. I've got mainly softies right now and am growing a LPS collection, but I'd like to try my hand at some lower light SPS at some point too.
I'm looking at this MH fixture and this T5 fixture. Can anyone help me out with some pros and cons of these? Thanks!
