Reactor for my 180
sup guys,
as you know i'm in the process of building my 180 tank with 75 sump blah blah blah... so my question to you guys is.. is it worth spending the money for a calcium reactor on this type of a system? it's manly SPS with few LPS corals. im just not going to spend crazy money on a reactor, because i don't have any more money! but, i won't mind saving up $350 bucks if i can get something decent, that would be useful to my system.. i don't know how to figure out whats a good calcium reactor from a bad one, so i need a lot of help if i'm going to be doing this. i;m not looking for anyones used equipment, want everything brand new in box! what reactor would be a great fit, for this system? i don't know how to figure out whats a good calcium reactor from a bad one, so i need a lot of help if i'm going to be doing this.. also i found this one, online not sure if its good or not worth looking at, but i know it's just the reactor and pump but heres one i looked at in this price range... http://www.geosreef.com/index.php?op...d=47&Itemid=59 any ideas? Thanks, -Nick

Geo is a great brand but you also got to figure $100-200 for the regulator, $20 -50 for the co2 tank, $20 for the media, $20 for the feed pump, and to make it easier a pH controller $80-160.

I've been using this Aqua-Medic 1000 for a few years now, and I'm very pleased with the results, ease of use, etc.
