Lighting my frag tank with LEDs

I want to make my current fuge into my frag tank. The fuge is in under my stand and heat will be an issue. From what I've read, LEDs emit the least amount of heat compared to MH and T5s. The fuge is basically a 15" cube. What do you think my LED options are w/o breaking the bank. I don't mind DIY either.
TIA

A diy 12 led light will light that tank enough to keep anything.

Just purchased 3 Ecoray 60D LEDS lights for my new tank due in this weekend.
Seems that the PAR ratings are very good and the spread is, according to a NOT so LFS, better than adverstised at 24 square inches. I plan on centering first one then centering remaining two in the open spaces to left and right. If 24 Sq inch is true that would give me the 72' x 24" coverage I need for my 72 x 24 x 24 tank ( 180 gal ). $1000.00 for the 3 lights. If they work out well, I will become a distributor for them and offer a group rate here.

I picked up an Evil par38 LED bulb to light my 10g frag tank. That's worked out very nicely as a low cost option (both in terms of electric used and being able to use a standard incandescent fixture).
