what eats black algae
i have some black algae on my sand and some on my live rock. i have a few small nassarius snail and astrea snail but they don't seem to clean up the problem. what should i get to help get rid of the black algae? i was thinking maybe a sand sifting star or getting some big nassarius snail like the tonga ones. any help will be greatly appreciated

I would first check your water to see why the algae is growing. However, to answer the question I would use a Sea Hair they eat only algae, but when there is no more algae then you will have to a place for it. In addition, be careful, if the sea hair feel threatened, it will poison the tank, so no hostile fish.
