Do you feed mysis or brine? They go nuts over it.

Do you have fish? They will eat any fish food that gets to them. You never have to worry about them starving, they eat everything except algae.

if u want to have some fun, take a little piece of uncooked shrimp and hold it in your fingers. i bet your shrimp will zip right up there to eat out of your hands.

My cleaner shrimp will eat anything, it even swims to the water surface to get food. You can always feed it some shrimp or krill directly to make sure it gets enough.

Kinda hard not to know they are eating when they go from 1" to 3" in 2 months.

My cleaner LOVES mysis. Hermie will eat anything save for greens/spirulina and the like. Mysis and Formula1 (flake and/or pellet) gets Hermie's attention the fastest. Doesn't matter if dosed with garlic and vitamins or not.

Hermie seems to scavenge at night too.. so if you have food lying around the bottom, or even floating up near the water surface (like stuck to a feeding ring), Hermie will find it and munch away.

Tough to refer to a cleaner shrimp as him or her they are both male/female. So I call my shrimp Hermie.
