Kent Marine Nautilus Skimmer problems, help please....

I have a Kent Marine Nautilus skimmer for my 75g aquarium. I just hooked it up and found that it isnt making any bubbles at the neck, but rather just filling up with water. I do have salt water in the tank by the way.

What could I try?
Do I need to have an small airline tubing going to the pump?

Yes that is how the air is drawn into the skimmer.there should be a little venturi nub on the pump hook the air tubing up to that and up to your silencer(if it has one)
