Are these Dinos???

I have notice that lately once the lights come on these bubbles start forming on the rocks and by night time they are all over the rocks. Any idea what they are?

This is one hour after the lights turn on

This is one hour before the lights turn off.

Could be...looks more like you have cyano on the rocks and the bubbles are coming from it.
