help with overflow type

I am planning out a 75 gal tank that I will be upgrading to. I am planing on using a 20 gal long for a sump with an eheim 1260 for the return pump. I am now trying to decide what type of overflow system and stuck pipes i believe is what they are called to use for the tank. I want this to run as quiet as possible. There are so many different ways of having the water go from the tank to the sump i need help deciding which route to go. Be it internal or external. The tank will be visible on three sides and I am going for a more modern look with the stand.
