I just saw a...?
I just fed my tank some Rod's Reef food. This is only the second time I have fed this particular food. Both times I have seen a critter I have never seen before. Or maybe it's several critters...I don't have a picture. They look like long thin hairy black and white striped tentacles. They reach out from holes in the rock and when they find food, they will curl the tentacle around it and pull it back into the rock. They eat larger pieces of the food. They are in two separate places in my tank - in a mushroom rock and in a glove polyp colony. Any ideas as to what they might be? Thanks.

Those are mini brittle stars. They are a great thing to have in your tank and will help to eat the food that would otherwise get trapped in your rocks.
