CopperBand & wrasse eating Snails.
My copperband and Lunare wrasse are going after the snails in the tank? they are both good eaters when it comes too feeding time, I dont know why they want too eat the snails. Is this common with these fish?

It's the wrasse, lunars can be nasty.
The CBB is probably just picking at leftovers, most likely wouldn't bother snails if wrasse wasn't tearing them up.

The copperband intiated the attack on the snail and the Wrasse joined in. I,ve been watching and the copperband Is more intrested in the snails then the wrasse, She keeps picking at them.

Wow, that's first I heard of that, most will just wipe out feathers and aptasia.
Mine doesn't bother snails at all, but I have one lone peppermint that does, CBB pays no attention to those leftovers either.

Just proves the fact you never know what any one fish will do........... I bet its cool to watch them gang up on a snail though.

davocean is probably correct as the lunar is a PITA and probabaly has killed them and the CBB is just snacking on leftovers IMO .
