Post Water Changes

I'm looking at making my water changes easier. I have a 10g tank setup under the sink just running a heater and a small power head.

I'm looking at putting in a Danner Mag-Drive Supreme 2 250 GPH Water Pump in with some 1/2 pvc to create a flow and also put in a valve to attach a 1/2 hose to my bucket that i use to lug water to my tank. I didn't know if the pump would be overkill or I could get something smaller to use.
