That thing is awesome and your tank is beautiful, I think I am going to consider one of these for my 210g!

The design looks really good on these. The more I see vertex products the more impressed I am. I just received one of their zeo reactors and the build quality is great.

The only thing I don't like about my MOcean is the mounting. Even though they give you different mouting options, there wasn't one for my application. I had to modify the mount. But over all, I'm happy with it.

what is the inner diameter ?
Doesn't it restrict the flow?

IMO, it does. There are a lot of 90s to get to the output. My Ehiem 1262 after head loss and bends put out about 600gph.

I love mine(3500), it has been running for over a year at this point. I did have to mod the output to handle the flow I was pushing at the time.

This thing rotates 360 degrees correct? At some point, if it is mounted to the outer edge of the tank, the outlet nozzle will point directly at the glass it is mounted on. I would think that this would cause major splashing and soak everything towards the back of the tank.

Am I wrong... I certainly hope so. Someone who owns one, please correct me.

I really like the idea of these things in larger tanks.

I see your point... on our tank we have a euro-brace... so the water wont splash out
