Blue Sea xtreme t5 Help

I bought 2 48" Blue Sea fixtures about a month ago and am having a problem with them. The clear glass panel under the fixture is sagging in the center. The ends are secured with threaded pins but it appears that something should assist in supporting in the middle. Ive got a 1/4 in gap in the center and know its only a matter of time before salt creep ruins these new fixtures. Great product but i must be missing something. Any advice apprectiated. The manual doesent have a phone number, only address. Thanks
