My tank after 4 Months

I am aware of the hair algae and i am taking steps to fight it, it was a recent bloom, not all of it is hair algae, some of it is leafy and i have lettuce slugs/nudibranch coming to help mediate the issue

if the government wasnt paying my electric bill i would hate it, however i dont pay the electric bill, i tolerate a small temp. swing unit i can afford a chiller, which is a must have for the cube type tanks, i wish i would have bought one before i stocked the tank, as far as coral growth, there is nothing better in my opinion, i have used t5 bulbs and they work, but its just not the same, i cant speak for the LED cubes, i know they last longer but nothing lasts forever and LED will be hard and time consuming to replace.
