Just did a search for "Figi Live Rock" and there seems to be plenty of vendors with it available.

How do you define "fake" figi rock? Or how do you define real figi rock? Does it have a certain shape or structure that your looking for? Or does it have to do with how alive or dead it is?
In my opinion "Figi" rock usually is sold at a lower price than other less common named rock. I see it everywhere and when I order some its usually not spectacular in its structure or liveliness. The last time I got some it was dense chunks with little life. Whether its actually "real" Figi rock that tends to be this way, or whether the common rock tends to become "Figi" rock is beyond my knowledge of the LR trade. I do know finding beautiful LR now a days is more of a gamble then it used to be. Marshall Island rock was so nice. But the truth is, and many have proved this, that any piece of rock, even dead or fake, can turn into a zoo of life with all kinds of colors with time. As long as you have at least a little LR to seed the rest its little difference to me anymore.

You can buy fiji rock from liveaquaria among other places. I have about 90lbs of it in my tank. Overall I was not happy with the rock, it is somewhat dense and was pretty much dead upon arrival. If I could do it again I would have bought all eco rock from BRS and then just seeded with one piece of LR from a LFS.

i just bought about 40lb of rock from marco rocks. overall i'm pretty happy. some very nice size pieces and very pourus. once seeded i think it'll probably be nicer than my true figi rock.

IMO, I think macro rock is terrible. Not only is it limestone but its not very porus at all. There are far better options then macro rock IMO
