Question about hanging a TEK light with cable kit
I have a 36" 6 bulb light and am debating ditching the legs and hanging it from the ceiling. Did you bolt it into the beams above or did you use a type of drywall mount, like the wing type, to just hang it from the sheet rock alone?
Lastly, aside from aesthetics, is there a reason to use one of the online kits instead of using the hangers that came with the light and buying my own cables and attachment hardware?

Ever hang your fixture, cody6766?
I'm in the process of hanging mine using the optional hanging kit, and it's going well. Per some advice, I'm using the Toggler Snap Toggles, instead of the anchors that came with the kit. |
