1.) Yes, he'll grow them back after he molts a few times.
2.) Some do. It's all on the preference of the individual.
3.) No clue, wait for more answers. (lol)
4.) You'll probably have to make them.
5.) Nooope, something's wrong.

For 3, you might be able to paint them with Krylon Fusion, which is safe in the tank after it's dry.

The shrimp can regrow the claw, but if some animal is attacking it, that might need some attention.

Wonder if some of those plastic colored dividers would work -- for binders

4.Any way I can get taller mount legs for 6x54 nova extreme light?

5.Do Zoas eventually melt away after a few months?

Yes the coral banded claw will grow back; however that shrimp is not a good shrimp if you are also keeping fish.

Ammo Carb contains activated carbon, which is fine for saltwater. It also contains an ammonia-binding resin, which might not work in saltwater, although it probably won't do any harm.

The anemone might sting the featherduster. About all you can do for the situation is to point a powerhead at the anemone and hope that it moves away and stays away.

Some of the older freshwater amonia removers- zoolite i believe-don`t quote- we recharged using saltwater. If that is the case for your ammocarb i would avoid it.

You can use black arcrylic (sp?) as an overflow cover, or as previously mentioned krylon fusion but give it a few days to dry out
