Guck!
What is the name of the Guck people use to seed their refugiums with tiny critters? Is it good? Where do I get it? At what point is it added to tank or fug. Is it simply to feed fish or other purposes?

The "guck" I used was a bag called reefpods.

A bit of sand donated from other local reefers established beds is a great way to seed your system.
