Sunbrite LED's
Has anybody ever used Sunbrite LED lighting fixtures or know anything about them? I saw a fixture in an aquaruim store recently and they looked pretty cool. so I thought i would check here first before getting one.

I know a while back there were a lot of posts about them breaking down. I don't know if they have corrected the problem.

I have been reading through the threads I can find. It seems after the first generation everyone just gave up on them but with gen 2 they seemed to turned the light around. I am considering these but would love to see more reports on how the gen 2 lights are doing. I do know they are offering a 2 year warranty for both the fixture and bulbs. Here is link to ************ with the new gen 2 bulbs. The bulb was a complete redesigned. Also if you read through some of the older threads you would have seen many people were worried about the heat which shorten the bulbs life. The new lights got rid of the plastic and now have an aluminum heat sink.
