question about white dots floating in tank ..and sailfin

I am new to the hobby and have a 75gallon recently put up. I have little white dots coming out of my return pipe , into my tank and was wondering what that is and how to fix it...also have a 2 1/2 -3 inch sailfin tang and he has a white line on both sides . does he have a disease ?

Micro bubbles perhaps?

MAybe..I have no clue.. they shoot out of it about every 30 seconds to a minute

There are tons of posts on micro bubbles. You'll need to figure out where they are coming from before you can fix them. I've been battling them from my skimmer - PITA!

Alright ... so its probably my skimmer or my return pump ? My return pump does sometimes vibrate hard...
