Osmolator Kalk question

I use the Tunze Osmolator to dose kalk and was wondering, should I wait until the kalk in the flask is completely used up before adding more kalk? I probably haven't been shaking the flask regularly enough, which I will now start to do every week at least, but is it a good idea to add more kalk at the same time, even if there is some left in the bottom of the flask?

My tank is mostly softies and LPS (zoas, rics, stereonepthea, micromussa, acans, couple of echinophyllia chalices, blasto, turbinaria frag), with only one tiny hitchhiking monti frag, so not a huge calcium demand, but I'd still like to keep up with it, to ensure I get the best possible growth I can.
